Recently, Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited, or FPT, has managed to create an exciting phenomenon and demonstrate the strength of the organization by attracting investor interest in the offering of bonds worth 2.15 billion baht, divided into two series: a 3-year bond with a discount interest rate of 2.78% and a 3.5-year bond with an interest rate of 2.65% per annum, which were offered on May 14-15, 2025, to institutional investors, and successfully closed the sale quickly with subscriptions reaching 1.5 times the amount offered.

Similarly, the industrial trust under Frasers Property Thailand, known as the Frasers Property Industrial Real Estate and Leasehold Trust, or FTREIT, received a positive response from institutional and major investors during its bond offering on May 27-28, 2025, totaling 1.75 billion baht across three series: a 3.5-year bond with a discount interest rate of 2.78%, a 5-year bond with an interest rate of 3.23%, and a 7-year bond with an interest rate of 3.50% per annum, which successfully met its sales target.

This successful fundraising reflects the strong confidence of investors in FPT, which is a comprehensive real estate platform, and FTREIT, the leading industrial trust in Thailand, featuring high-quality factories and warehouses located in strategic industrial and logistics areas across Thailand, managing over 2.3 million square meters. Both the company and the trust, along with the bonds, have received a credit rating of "A" with a "Stable" outlook from Tris Rating Co., Ltd.

The proceeds from this bond sale will be used to repay existing debts. FPT and FTREIT have shown stable growth performance in the first six months of the fiscal year 2025 (October 2024 – March 2025), with FPT generating revenue of 6.298 billion baht, a decrease of 4.4%, and a net profit of 550 million baht, an increase of 12.9% compared to the same period last year. Meanwhile, FTREIT reported total revenue of 2.091 billion baht, an increase of 116 million baht or 5.9%, with net investment income of 1.388 billion baht, up 113 million baht or 8.8% compared to the same period last year.
